The Jean-Pagé Cup is awarded to the Adult category team that raises the most funds, as of February 29, 2024, at 11:59 a.m. (EST). Won in 2023 by the PRO CURE SHERBROOKE team who raised $22,377, the Jean-Pagé Cup could be yours this year!
In addition, 12 exclusive Hockey Nights PROCURE 2024 jerseys will be given to the team at the top of the fundraising ranking.

Grand Prize
A unique golf day for 16 persons in the presence of a legendary former Montreal Canadiens player on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Matha Golf Club.
Each Adult Category team (over 18 years old) having raised a minimum of $1,000* has the chance to experience an extraordinary day of golf for 16 players from the winning team, enhanced by the special participation of a legendary player from the Montreal Canadiens Alumni. This is the perfect opportunity to perfect your game in the company of a true hockey icon! Generously offered by our partners Le Club de Golf Matha and the Montreal Canadiens Alumni team.
Participation prizes
Each team having raised a minimum of $ 300 goal will have the chance to win one of the many other prizes:
- 2 tickets for the Montreal Canadiens VS Florida Panthers game, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 7 p.m. at the Bell Center.
This special opportunity includes an evening at the Bell Centre, with two seats reserved in the Desjardins section to experience an exciting match. In addition, during the first intermission, you will have the exceptional opportunity to join Martin McQuire and Dany Dubé in the Cogeco studio for a detailed analysis of the match during the second period.

Drawing Eligibility
*All registered teams (Junior and Adult) for the 5th edition of the Hockey Nights PROCURE who have raised a minimum of $1,000 in donations by February 29, 2024, at 11:59 AM (EST), will be eligible for the Grand Prize draw under the following conditions.

For example, a team that has raised $1,900 in donations by February 29, 2024, at 11:59 AM (EST) will have:

- 1 entry ticket for reaching $1,000;
- 1 additional entry ticket for each additional $300 beyond $1,000, which means 3 entry tickets for the additional $900.
- Thus, this team will have a total of 4 entry tickets for the Grand Prize draw.
